Over my 11 year career working for a Fortune 500 company - I streamlined processes, led countless projects to completion, and guided data-driven decisions that led to highly successful teams.
After watching my Fiancé and several close-friends launch successful wellness businesses and subsequently drown in the busywork or stress-out about having to set-up their systems, I knew that the best use of my skills was not in working for a large corporation - but rather, my place is in helping health and wellness professionals grow their businesses without burning-out.
